Each variant gets its own photo and swatch — customers can click between them on the product page to see the item in that color, like Amazon or Under Armour's color swatches. Typing a common color name (e.g. "Navy", "Green") will suggest a matching swatch automatically — double-check it against the actual product color before saving, especially with busy or banner-style photos, or multi-word names like "Black/White" that can't be auto-matched. Leave empty if this product only comes in one color.
How many pieces you have of each size/color. Leave a box blank if you don't want to track that combination — it just won't show a badge. This is never sent to your storefront, so it doesn't block a customer from ordering an item marked 0 here — treat it as a picking/fulfillment reference, not live inventory enforcement.
